Shannon sees patients at BrightWell Health who are in need of care for substance use disorders as well as co-occurring anxiety, depression or other behavioral/emotional health conditions

Passionate about supporting patients through their recovery process, Sofia provides compassionate care and professional expertise in addiction treatment. Sofia also serves as our liaison with regional recovery housing, facilitating care in times of crisis.

Amelia Jackson

Amelia Jackson is a Dually Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 12 years of experience working in primary care, urgent and convenient care clinical settings. Prior to coming to Brightwell Health, she worked at Health Care for the Homeless (HCH), a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center (FQHC), providing comprehensive primary care and more recently psychiatric/mental health care. Prior to becoming an FNP-PMHNP, she worked as an emergency department nurse for 5 years.

Nicole is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and major life transitions. She blends evidence-based approaches, such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care, with a grounded, compassionate style that helps clients feel comfortable, seen, and empowered.

After serving as a paramedic for 22 years, Leslie began working in the recovery field in 2018. Leslie was motivated by her own life experience in become a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist. She is committed to providing support and resources to others seeking assistance, as well as supporting family members impacted by addiction.

Loren brings 10 years of experience in mental health and substance use care, including residential & outpatient treatment.
Loren’s goal is to ensure people are treated with compassion and understanding, “We are all humans and all go through difficult times.” Patients and staff appreciate her smile and welcoming, positive personality.
